Privacy Policy

Information is collected mainly through the training form you complete after purchasing a plan. That form may ask for:

• First and last name.
• Email address.
• Phone or WhatsApp number.
• Current weight.
• Height.
• Training goals.
• Previous training experience.
• Weekly availability, session length and training location.
• Any additional information you choose to share, such as physical limitations, injuries or other relevant considerations.

We only collect the data you enter yourself. We do not obtain sensitive information from external sources.

• To understand your needs, your starting point and your goals.
• To prepare and personalize your service or training program.
• To contact you about your program and follow up with you.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising or commercial profiling.

Right now, form responses are not stored in our own database. The information is sent by email to the person responsible for the service through an email delivery provider, and is kept only in that inbox for as long as needed to provide the service.

When online payments are added, they will be handled entirely by external payment providers (for example, payment gateways). We do not store or process your card details directly.

We do not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties. We only use the technology providers (email delivery and, in time, payment processing) strictly needed for the service to work.

You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. To do so, write to the email address below.

If you have questions about this policy or about how your data is handled, you can write to sohanygalan@gmail.com.
